This state of the art Spinning Unit is located on the main Lahore-Sheikhupura Road, spread over a sprawling area of 30 acres with the production units designed to accommodate all aspects of different products. Our working environment ensures that we are able to deliver the products in time without compromising on quality.
History
After successfully operating the mill for 4 years, the management of C.A Textile Mills decided to expand manufacturing facilities by adding brand new state of the art machinery consisting of 25392 spindles. This milestone was achieved in December 2006, when the capacity of the mill was raised to 40560 spindles and a complete new unit was set up in early 2007. In addition to this, year 2008 saw all old machinery replaced with latest machines that resulted in the state of the art mill. The new machinery that was installed consisted of Swiss made Rieter Blow Room, Cards, Draw Frames, Chinese Simplex & Ring Frames with SKF Drafting System and German Schalafhorst Auto Winders. The current installed machinery is capable of producing the finest quality of yarn ranging from yarn counts Ne 8 to Ne 74 and the expansion is a major breakthrough for our 100% Cotton and Fibre based export business along with the local market.
